REALISATION: MINERGY RENOVATION IN SEZEGNIN
We were asked to renovate this house from the 60's and transform it into an high performance energy home. To succeed, we had to :
Reduce energy consumption and increase home confort while preserving the environnement.
- isolate completely the house (facades, roof, basement's cieling)
- change windows for triple panes glass
- stretch out the west facade in order to
- benefit from the afternoon sun
- create an airlock at the entrance
- install floor heating system
- provide a "heat recovery" ventilation
- construct a Canadian well
Energy consumption Surface of energy reference : 189 m2 Index calculated energy expediture : 156 Mj/m2 meaning 43 kWh/m2 per year(env. 4 l heating oil par m2/year)
